Detailed plumbing pipe risers and horizontal run-out’s, offsets and connections to all related devices and systems. These are coordinated with architectural walls, shafts, structural members, etc. and all other systems.
BIM - Online Meetings
Hosting of Online Coordination Meetings to Facilitate Construction Process.
EHKA&A Inc. can host and manage online BIM/Coordination meetings operating on behalf of the G.C. and Sub-Contractors. Meeting Agenda and BIM Criteria and Standards shall be established as per project specifications and requirements.
BIM - Mech. Piping
Mechanical Piping System Layout for Quantity Take-off and Coordination.
Detailed mechanical layouts especially mechanical rooms, showing pipe risers and horizontal run-out’s, offsets and connections to all related devices and systems. These are coordinated with architectural walls, shafts, structural members, etc. Annotations of all system piping and elevations AFF inclusive. Accuracy maintained for pipe and material take-off.
BIM - Electrical
Electrical Rooms and Conduit, Cable Tray Routings, and Lighting for Coordination.
Detailed Electrical modeling, showing electrical light locations, cable trays and conduit run out’s to all related devices and systems. Conduits are generally limited to 1/2” and above.
Clash Reporting
Utilization of Navisworks to Detail and Establish Clash Resolutions.
BIM/CAD files shall be compiled and integrated into Navisworks. Clash detection between each trade is run based in files as provided, and a clash report generated. Based on the nature of the clash, resolutions can be initiated between trades, or RFI’s written to the design team for specific resolution.
