President, Director of Operations & Culture

EHKA&A Inc, was founded in June of 1993 and incorporated in the State of Massachusetts the following year in June 1994. We have been providing CAD Coordination of MEP Systems to the construction and AEC industry for over 20yrs. We have evolved, as with the CAD software applications, into what is today referred to as BIM, Building Information Modeling.

The Office, Being Worthy

The Office Culture - Yes, You are Essential

The premise upon which the company has operated is a simple yet profound truth, “We are more than overcomers in Christ Jesus”. Once you have set your hand to the task it shall be completed. As the company president is often heard saying, “Whether you like it or not, the building will get built.”

The Office, Meetings As Required

The Office Culture - The Mute Button, Needed

The tools of our trade allow us to service the client. It is with this in mind that every effort is made to satisfy the needs of each and every one. Our office culture accommodates each client and works towards providing a product that meets the requirements of the project. Invariably, demands beyond the initial scope of work are made, that need to be fulfilled and is a reflection of our commitment.

The Engineering Floor

Open Office Layout

In order to establish an efficient working environment, it has been essential to demonstrate that no employee is an island unto themselves. We operate as a team, supporting and encouraging each other. The demands of our service make it necessary for each employee to have a working knowledge of all the MEP Systems, and especially the software in use, primarily AutoCAD and Revit.

The Office, Being Inspired

The Office Culture - Your Sweat is Required

The office has an un-written open door policy. This allows for an open exchange of ideas, questions and conversations that foster the team approach. Personal boundaries are established and acknowledged based on mutual respect that is encouraged. Having the liberty and knowledge to accomplish much, with all that we are given is greatly appreciated.

The Office, The Profession Evolves

The Office Culture - A Firm Foundation

Building on a firm foundation is essential to weather the storms that always come. The company culture establishes principles that ignite within all employees a sense of being able to accomplish more than was expected. In-house CAD/BIM training is not the only career and life skill taught, but forms a part of the greater picture. Being equipped for the future is not being limited to schools of old traditional forms. This culture takes you out of the box.
